Permission
You may only send email to recipients who have given you clear, demonstrable permission to contact them — typically through opt-in, an existing business relationship, or other lawful basis.
Required practices
- Include a clear sender identity and a valid physical postal address.
- Provide a working, one-click unsubscribe link in every commercial email.
- Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days (we automate this).
- Maintain proof of consent for every recipient.
Prohibited list sources
- Purchased, rented, or scraped lists.
- Lists provided by third parties without verified opt-in.
- Email-appending services.
Cold email
B2B cold email is permitted where legally allowed (e.g. CAN-SPAM jurisdictions) and only when (a) the recipient's role is relevant to your offering, (b) the message is clearly identified as commercial, and (c) opt-out is honored immediately.
Monitoring & enforcement
We monitor complaint rates, bounce rates, and spam-trap hits. Accounts exceeding thresholds may be paused or terminated. Severe abuse may be reported to relevant authorities.
