Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except as required by law.

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific inboxing rates or campaign outcomes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach. You may terminate at any time from your account settings.
